Dear Rich:

Once again, I would like to extend our thanks and congratulations to you and your staff on a job well done!

The renovations that were completed far exceeded our expectations. Through your high quality craftsmanship, recommendation of changes and your professionalism, a house became a home for eight disabled individuals.

You are very hard working and conscientious, and it has been a pleasure working with your company.

Sincerely yours,

Sharon J. Thompson

Dear Richard:

I just wanted to thank you sincerely for the fine job that you have done in Uniondale.

I very much appreciate the workmanship and concern that was made evident throughout our association. In the light of the difficulties working in an environment in which extreme care needed to be taken due to our disabled population and the intricacies involved due to state and county codes and regulation I applaud you and your crew.

Thanks also for being accommodating and modifying what we requested in swift fashion and also for being at the site during state inspection. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed.

I would certainly recommend you to others seeking a construction company.

Sincerely,

Teresa Cancilla, RN

Dear Rich:

This may be the third time in my life I have felt compelled to write someone a letter praising them for a job well done so I can just imagine that I am very sincere. Just to reminisce it was back in May of this year that I contacted Frank Restituto the Architect to draw up the plan for the new deck and expansion of the bedroom and master bath. It was then that Frank recommended RJD Construction to do the job. I must admit I was a little leery at first but after the deck was built which came out better then franks drawings, I knew it was in good hands.

I can not tell you how happy my wife and I are about everything that you have done in our home. The new bedroom and baths are beyond our expectations. You and your staff were professionally and obviously well skilled carpenters, electricians and plumbers. Any one that would not use your company for any job that you bid on would be foolish. You are worthy of every dime.

Again, I want to thank you Richard Dailey, and your staff for a job well done, it is obvious that you take great pride in your craft because it sure shows in our home. I feel like I have new friends.

Dear Richard:

The purpose of this letter is to thank you and all of your staff for the wonderful job you did at our residence this past year.

Being in the business myself and knowing all the problems that can occur, I chose you to over the rest of the many general contractors I knew. This letter is to let you know that I was not disappointed in my judgment. As a matter of fact you far surpassed my expectations.

Your technical expertise, your very competent staff, and your willingness to solve the most difficult problems all came together to form a successful project.

I consider each of your people master mechanics in their own right. As you know we created portions of the job as we went along. Without creative implementation by yourself nothing would have been possible. I have reached the conclusion that there is nothing you and your crew couldn’t do.

Courtesy, cleanliness and everybody’s sense of responsibility was most appreciated.

Fran and I wish you well in any endeavor you may pursue. Please feel free to have potential costumers call us for references. I shall most certainly recommend you to my clients.

Yours Truly,

Dear Rich,

I would like to personally thank you for all your help and guidance with our home improvement project. Your assistance from design through completion of our project was invaluable. In a day and age of the quick fix, get it done attitude, it was a real pleasure to deal with a professional who paid great attention to craftsmanship and detail; the old fashioned way.

Thank you again for all your help.

Yours Truly,
Jean-Pierre Lucas

To whom it may concern,

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Mr. Richard Dailey of R.J.D Construction.

Rich has worked for my wife and I over the last five years both in our home and in my business. He has proven to be an extreme talented and thoroughly efficient contractor. Rich has approached each assignment with creativity, professionalism and perfection. His staff/crew are hard working, timely, no-non-sense and courteous and always leave your home neat and orderly at the end of the day.

We have been totally satisfied with all the work R.J.D Construction has done for us and the “Rich Dailey Guarantee” is truly worth its word in gold. In today’s business climate this attitude and work ethic are a rarity.

Sincerely,

Paul C. Carey
